It is not uncommon to see donkeys roaming the streets of Puerto Vallarta, where activities are abundant with deep-sea diving, mountain biking, and kayaking. Yet it is Puerto Vallarta’s surrounding jungle that mesmerizes travellers the most with hikes through lush tropical forests and cascading waterfalls.

Cabo San Lucas is also a popular port with its local surfing spots, trophy fish, black coral reefs, sea turtles, and astonishing underwater sand falls. Must-see sites in Acapulco include cliff diving at La Quebrada and shopping in the Zona Dorado district. And, if you’re visiting the port of Ensenada, it’s recommended to visit one or a variety of Mexico’s oldest wineries, as well as La Bufadora, a blowhole that shoots water 60-feet into the air.
